Bigger companies have board of directors, and benefit from the different experiences of board members. Smaller companies do not have boards and thus do not benefit from third party insight.
Instead of a once a month (or less often) board meetings (if you do have a board), this program offers you a Director on demand. This means that any day, any time you want to have an opinion or a second opinion on whatever business issue you must confront, you can send us an email.
How does the program work?
In your everyday business you will confront situations where you must make a decision and thus, would welcome another opinion on the matter. At this point, you can send us an email explaining the situation in a concise manner; you may also upload and send us one file relevant to the discussion. Depending on the workload and how involved the question is, you will receive a response to your query within 48 hours. You may also send follow-up questions.
The VD-Virtual Director may act as a sounding board, suggesting additional aspects to be considered; at other times, it may offer additional options worthwhile investigating and insight. In some particular cases, it may provide the solution to the problem.
It is a limited advisory service and does not include generating reports or any other kind of work, apart of answering concrete questions per email. Questions may deal with any business issue.
There is no limit as to the number of emails with questions that can be posed during the month.
This is intended to be a support service for entrepreneurs as well as company leaders. Confidentiality is guaranteed.
The cost of this service is $150.00 per month, paid in advance. In the event that the client does not want to continue with the program, it can unilaterally be cancelled and the unused portion of the month immediately refunded. For example, if after say, the 15th (or any other date) of any month, the client decides she does not want to continue with the service, we will refund her $75.00 which would be the unused portion of the month.
You can pay for the service using your paypal account or any major credit card, through Paypal (you do not need to have an account with Paypal to pay with your credit card).
