“We” and our “company” refer to Baltek, Inc., its employees, owners and consultants.
Baltek offers for sale the results of these analyses and not the details of the models used to reach the results. We use proprietary algorithms which are not for sale or to be divulged for any reason.
Our company offers its report being aware of the importance of producing accurate results, but cannot guarantee, neither specifically nor implicitly that no errors or omissions were made, either in the calculations, reported results or in the text offering the service. While we employ valid statistical tools to reach our conclusions regarding the certainty an event occurring, we cannot guarantee that such event will or will not take place, irrespective of the certainty level calculated by us. Furthermore, our company cannot be held responsible, neither for the use given to its reports nor for the results obtained through the implementation of this report.
We will refund your money, if asked to do so, but only if such request is made within the time the service is purchased (paid) and before the information is provided by the customer. Once the service is purchased and you have sent the information requested by us, partially or totally, we are unable to refund the payment for any reason, including cases in which the report was delivered and the results were not those expected by the client.
